Had and issue with our water softener and Brent came out to look at it. Did a thorough look through and discovered it was toast. He walked me through it and explained why it was done and signs of it not properly working for awhile. He gave me quite a few options explaining what the estimated systems do and effectiveness. Brent did a great job and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Action but also Brent. Great service!!!

We had Action Plumbing/Heating/Air&Electric out to install a Heater & Air conditioning system manufactured by Amana. Bobby G was our first POC for estimate, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We looked at 3 bids, pricing and trust were important to our decision to go with Action, as we knew it would be a complicated installation. The effort from the Crew, GT, Tyler & Tommy was so over the call of duty, attention to detail, well mannered and respectful from start to finish. This is a Company that takes pride in work and relationships with customers. I will continue to do business with Action, I feel like I found a very special company who still have values for customer service.

GT and Casey installed my new furnace tonight. They were such a great, efficient and informative team! They work so well together and are just genuinely nice guys! They took the the time to really explain the warranty and the importance of yearly maintenance and taught me how to use my new Nest Thermostat. It was actually fun listening to them while they worked. They finished in less time than I expected and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. I truly hope I can request them for any future maintenance!
