Black Diamond was able to get me scheduled for someone to come check out the issue and give me an estimate. Chris came over, confirmed the issue and my options. After we decided what I wanted to do he explained he'd go buy the faucet I needed and could come the following day to complete the repair. I told him that would work. I had mentioned in passing how rough the weekend was without a working sink with a baby because of having to wash bottles in the bathroom and that we usually bathe the baby in the kitchen sink. About 30 min after he left Chris was back with the part and said he'd finish the job today after hearing about the difficulties it was causing with the baby care. Nothing insurmountable but certainly inconvenient. Got the job done well and in timely manner. Would definitely use their services again and super grateful that they got me in that day. |
