Natalia Tolman	I had a handle break off on a shower. Called multiple plumbers, all of which quoted me less than 160 to fix the entire thing. Merlin was the first to say he could make it out there, although his actions did not match his word. He barely communicated, charged me 3x the highest other bid I got. I asked him multiple times as to his timeframe AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. He avoided my question, but now I know it's because he wanted to charge me way more than the standard rate. I hope no one else falls for his terrible business and poor service all the way around.
Brian Thurber	Merlin is a nice guy, but his work is awful and he's perpetually late unless he's coming to pick up a check. Seriously a nightmare to work with. I still need to pay someone to redo the shower pan that Merlin made a complete mess of.
