Plumbing services by Mountainland Supply Company, LLC in Orem, Utah

I've got mixed feelings. My first visit I felt like an interruption and the salesperson I worked with didn't seem patient with me when I had no idea what to choose from the huge variety of options. After choosing an option for a bid, I tried to contact the salesperson and played a lot of phone tag and felt like I was annoying the salesperson when we did talk. Thankfully, when I ordered, I worked with Terri. She was great, but she couldn't give me the original bid and I had to purchase an extra shower head in order to get it on time for my install. This was frustrating, but at least I didn't feel like I was an annoyance to her. Now it is installed. I love the shower head, but the faucet and spout don't line up like I would like and it isn't the install. It is something with the product. It also drips longer than I'm used to after turning it off. I'm not sure I'd go through them again for any future needs.

My company works with Mountainland Supply. The customer service is excellent. Our service representative Katrina Lobos has been responsive and timely in all of her interactions with me. I have appreciated the competitive pricing Mountainland offers and the attractive showroom at the Orem store. Teri, Mallory and Breezy have been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and Jeremy has been particularly helpful at the contractor desk at the Orem warehouse.
