They were booked 3 weeks out I thought these guys must be good then but they had the courtesy to refer me to another plumber who took care of us. We needed to replace two water heaters and I appreciated their focus on our urgent need, rather than just telling us "sorry, 3 weeks, bye". I wish more companies were like Schoonover!

I feel like these guys did a good job but at the end of the day, I feel a little misled on what was delivered. I called a couple of plumbers out to give me a bid on doing the plumbing work for our basement. I explained everything I needed done, start to finish. Schoonover came in the cheapest now I know why. I confirmed with the plumber and the receptionist that my quote included everything I described and was assured it did. When they showed up to do the work I was told that the bid only covered the "rough in" work. I would have to get new quote for the finish work including the the tub/shower walls as well as the toilet and hardware. On top of that, I would have to pay for the finish labor. I'm confident the other bids I received were higher because the accounted for everything I asked them to do. Hindsight, I should have asked more questions up front.
