Robert de Luca	Louis of L&J charges fair prices and does good work...if and when he shows up. He has been a no-show 3 out of the 4 times I've scheduled an appointment, with no prior cancellation or even a phone call on the day of, leaving me to chase him down to find out what happened. They're always very polite and apologetic, and I'll give them credit for that. But after today's no-show for which I stayed home from work, I will no longer be using or recommending L & J. I hope they see this review and try to correct this issue, because they are one of only a few local plumbers and the work they do is not the problem.
