| Rachel McIntosh | If i could give 0 stars i would. I issued a claim through my home warranty and was told to expect a call from SV Plumbing. I get a phone call on Sunday evening weird and was told the only time available was a 2 hour window on a day that didn't work for me. When i said that time/ date doesn't work for me i was told “tough”! That was the only date/ time he would be coming my direction so if that didn't work i needed to call my warranty company back and tell them to send someone else! Yes really. Typing it out doesn't even make it sound realistic... i am completely appalled someone would conduct business this way. I filed a complaint with my warranty company. |
| J J | I had the same experience as others where the guy was rude and unwilling to work past 3 and required a 3 hour time frame. His demeanor was poor and he was not willing to work with me at all. I never used him and went with someone else. |
