I took off the face plate, took a picture and headed over to SouthWest Plumbing. The gentleman at the counter suggested I replace the valve stem. At a cost of 55.00 . Then to my surprise he said "you call call Moam and they will send you one for FREE". Further more he told me how to remove the old stem. I feel the service at SouthWest Plumbing is second to none.

Brent Williams	I have had great experiences with them. I always use them for my sprinkler/plumbing parts. They have way more stock than Home Depot and it is also cheaper and better quality. They have the knowledge to tell me what parts I need when I explain problems to them. They even have a complimentary soda machine!
