We had a clog issue, called them, the lady that answered the phone was supper nice, efficient and we had a return call within 15 minutes max. They literally were here within the hour. The plumber they sent was so nice, and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again!

I called at 1pm on Friday, I thought there was no way I could get somebody to come up and replace a water heater in one of the vacation rentals I take care of in Brian Head, UT, that same day. I thought for sure I'd have to wait till Monday. I was wrong! I called and told them the type of water heater, and a very short time later Kiefer showed up and got right to work!! He was done before the sun went down that day. Amazing, thank you so much!! Very professional, quick. I'll be calling again if I ever have another plumbing issue.

The guy who came was super nice and professional however he didn't do a very good job fixing and then replacing the water heater in my house. The first time he came he told me he had fixed it and if there was any issues to have my landlord to call him again. It shut off like an hour later and wouldn't turn back on so he came back a second time and then told me he had to replace it because the whole thing would electrocute you if there was water on the floor which he would have known the first time so I don't know why he didn't just replace it the first time he was there. After he put in the new water heater with a trainee it started spraying water onto the electrical connection to the water heater which I didn't notice until after they left as it almost started an electrical fire while I was showering the next day. We wound up turning off the electricity and water to the entire property. All of the new fittings to put the new water heater in were spraying water. every single one. when he came back to fix them he told me that the seals had just failed and it was a technical issue. I don't I think that was the case since every single one failed and when he put in a new water shut-off valve to the water heater as the old one didn't work when we tried shut off the water the seals on those didn't work so he had to come back again and fix that too. Basically it was a hassle to get anything fixed or done in the first place and the whole thing should have taken a day but instead it took over a week. The only thing I will say is that they were nice and professional which is important since I'm a woman and was home alone.
