Plumbing services by Gehan Homes at Inspiration in Wylie, Texas

We have had a great experience with Gehan. The Sales Manager and Construction Manager have been nothing but responsive to our multitude of questions. We chose Gehan because of their quality and the incentives they provide. Their price point is consistent with the area and the incentives that they offered were more than Pulte and Highland. Their original build time estimate was very accurate which is evident of the Construction Manager knowing his cycle times and having a good team of contractors. My only complaint has nothing to do with the Sales Manager and the Construction Manager but their preferred mortgage lender - Brookhollow. When I raised my issues to Sales Manager, she immediately addressed them and handled our situation expertly. Purchasing a home, let a lone building a home, is a stressful experience but it has been less stressful due to the professionalism displayed by the Gehan team.

We're two weeks into our new home and already having issues. Drainage issues that we brought up WELL before closing are not being addressed. Multiple promises of "just wait until we grade" "just wait until the sod is down" "just wait 24 hrs after rain" and we're still left with a marsh land in our backyard. The issue isn't being taken seriously and now we're getting little to no response like we were prior to closing. Total disappointment. Look at the other builders, this one isn't concerned...

Checked out this home builder last week. While the homes are nice, the prices are misleading. Everything is an upgrade.. unless you buy a spec house, they just can't compete with Pulte or Highland homes in that neighborhood.
