KalElSith	Twice we've had them out to do repairs on our rental property. Twice we paid them the home warranty service fee and twice they failed to let the home warranty company know that we paid on time and twice that put our account in default. They don't return phone calls when they say they'll call right back and when confronted they said they forgot to call back or forgot to contact the home warranty company. They have absolutely unreliable business practices. They don't seem to understand or care that we as the owners suffer from their negelgence.
