He moves to get back in the van but gets out without moving, locks the door, and goes inside the gas station leaving me to wait for him. The attitude, disrespect, and general lack of care in regards to the company that he works for and the potential customers around him speaks volumes about this company. I contacted ABC on Saturday morning; the office was quick to respond to my online query and worked to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. Daryl and Christopher came out first thing Sunday morning and had the switchout done in just over an hour. Will definitely plan to make these guys our regular plumbing company. |
