There was no after hours charges, he was on time, fast working, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly! Will definitely only be using roto-rooter from now on!

If your having plumbing issues in Tyler don't bother with any one else! We had someone come out and try to clean our pipes to prevent the sinks from backing up but they weren't able to fix it! They said we would need a whole new repiping and it would be 5000! We called roto-Rooter and they came out same day diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it on the spot! They also helped us with our broken disposal and gave an estimate and options on it! We had them out the next day to remove the diapodis and repipe under the sink for around 500 for everything!. I wish I would have called them sooner.

Called with an emergency on a Saturday evening, & was told the tech would call me in about 30 min. Never received a call, & no one showed up. Had to turn off the water to our whole house till Sunday evening when another company could come out & fix our issue. This was the second time we've tried to use Roto rooted, & have been severely disappointed. The first time, they set an appoint because that issue was non-emergent, & then proceeded to no call no show, & then give us the run around & set up another appointment, & not show up again, & again give us the run around. If you don't service areas outside of a certain mile range, just say so & stop wasting people's time! Neither instance did anyone tell us that they didn't service our area.
