| Patricia Jacobs | CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A RUDE JOKE! I do not recommend this place unless you have no other option!!!! I just received a package from UPS that was broken, I'm sure it is not Home Depot's fault that my package is broken, I just need to ask if they have this particular thing In stock so that I can just swap it out, but no answer at the customer service desk. So...even though their message says “stay at home” due to a COVID 19, they will not answer their phone. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT!! A different day, I had to return a weed eater, The lady at the customer service desk was very RUDE. As I was waiting my turn to exchange my weed eater, I smiled at the customer service Lady, and she says “It ain't funny.” Surely she wasn't talking to me like that. I was just trying to be decent. I didn't think any thing was funny! I did finally get to return my weed eater for a different one, after I waited for another half an hour for someone to come make sure I wasn't just doing it wrong. The weed eater I finally got, worked just perfect. It was the same exact weed eater. Don't waste your time with these people if you don't Have to!! |
