Trademark Home Services has provided outstanding customer care and professionalism each time I have used their services. They start by arriving as expected, they utilize great care in keeping the areas they are working in neat and clean and use shoe covers to protect floor surfaces in the building. I have been very pleased with the care they demonstrate as many tenants treat their offices like their second homes. Their technicians are courteous and conscientious and provide quality work that they stand behind. Although they primarily work in residential settings, they have come to our property on numerous occasions to include a water heater installation for a tenant. I will most definitely keep using them in future.

i have a classic, gas fireplace that was in dire need of cleaning. I saw a Angie's Deal for Trademark Home Services...I took the deal. Jason arrived the same day they contacted me for the appointment. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. He inspected all the connections at the fireplace and in the attic for the chimney. Ironically, as soon as we opened the access-point into the attic we smelled gas. The water-heater my home warranty company "replaced" was leaking gas! He immediately turned off the gas to the water heater and advised me to contact my home warranty company to report the leak to them to get repaired. My fireplace is 24 yrs old...without question, I will be inviting Trademark Home Service back to "refresh" my fireplace with new grout, rock and embers. Lovely experience! If you need fireplace cleaning or refreshing...give them a shot!

Customer service is great. But these people's main goal is to sell AC units and make huge bucks instead of repairing or fixing. I was told to change the whole condenser unit for 3000 just because something was "wrong with the compressor" . I called another HVAC service company and they found out that compressor was working just fine and the error was somewhere at the circuit breaker. Almost paid 3000 for nothing. Please try to do more inspection and troubleshooting instead of just jumping to "sell the whole unit and problem solved" concept.
