How refreshing.....Constant contact with the office regarding the arrival time of the Technician. When the Tech did arrive, he quickly and efficiently got to work and fixed our problem immediately. He was polite, dressed like he meant business, communicated clearly what the issue was without all the frills - and thanked us for our business. Hopefully we don't need a plumber again any time soon - but if we did, we would call Kae Edward Plumbing immediately and without hesitation.

I called Kae Edward due to a very slow draining kitchen sink. I tried all the pour down cleaners and could never get it drain like it used to drain. The guys showed up on time, same day....and after looking at the issue, were happy to tell me why it was not a blockage. Ends up my sink gets an air bubble if you dump a coffee pot of water into the sink or fill it to clean something. Said if I slowly poured the water there would be no bubble. They could of spent time and pulled out an auger and charged me for a blockage removal, but they said there would be no charge. An honest plumbing outfit is a company I will use from now on for all my plumbing issues. They have a customer for life! Thank You
