HORRIBLE!! If you have plumbing needs, go elsewhere! I was referred to this company through my home warranty company due to the plumbing issues I was having at my new home. They gave me an invoice to get the broken pipe fixed, since my warranty was not covering it. This singular pipe that Rocking H Plumbing indicated that was 30 feet from my home resulted in 60 of my yard being dug up. Day two of the construction the president Stephen told me I had "mystery plumbing" and starting digging further with a bobcat. For one pipe being broken, I should not have had 60 of my front yard dug up, my sprinkler system ruined, my sidewalks cracked, and my trees damaged. They left the construction scene with clay and dirt filling my street, sidewalks, and not leveled out. The damage they caused and left to my property for ONE PIPE is completely unreasonable. They refused to help clean up, or even help level my yard again. Before having Rocking H help fix your plumbing, think again and get a second opinion before they damamge your property.

Plumbing service was performed, credit card number was written on the work order including personal code, hours later, the card was being keyed, not swiped, at several locations, called police, TX Plumbers Board, BBB and Bank Fraud Department.

All I can say is Thank You! Steve from Rocking H Plumbing was simply the best---we had gone through a uncomfortable experience with a previous plumber who unfortunately had a family emergency that wouldn't allow him to complete the job. Steve stepped in and we finally after nearly two weeks have hot water in our new home. Steve was kind, courteous, honest and efficient. I give Rocking H my highest recommendation and they will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.

They were the best very nice and did the work to fix the problems. Will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

This company was called to our for a leaking shower faucet. We were informed that they had to go in trough our shower but were told that they would repair any damage that occurred. This was over the phone and we didn't know what was going on so assuming they knew what they were doing we agreed. We came home to a destroyed shower. We called to set up the repair and were told that they do not do that. We had someone else come out and were told that they should never have gone through the shower as they should have went through the drywall on the back of the faucet. Upon attempt to repair the tile water began shooting out of the faucet. Enter a new plumber paid for on our own. Not only did he reiterate that no licensed plumber would ever go through tile when there is dry wall access, he said that none of this was necessary because they could have just removed the face plate for access and our new issue was because the "replaced" o-ring was never heat sealed. He said anyone who said they have to break the tile for a cartridge on that faucet is a fool and probably not licensed by state of Texas.
