I want to extend my appreciation to Mr. Bronc, the Apache Plumbing Manager for his excellent customer services and to all his employees for doing an excellent job every time I need their services. They are truly professional in what they do and very friendly. You are the best in town.

Run away from this business. They cannot be trusted. On the head plumber's personal recommendation, I paid them to install a water softener in my home. They installed the NuvoH2O system. It cost over 1,800. It is not a water softener. It is a citrus conditioner. It did not change the quality of our water one iota. All they did was argue with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Don't trust this plumber. I cannot warn anyone enough about this business. I have to pay someone else to undo their work. Don't let them rip you off, like they did me. Run, don't walk away. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in San Marcos who are honest, straight forward, and who can recommend and install a water softener that will provide for what you are looking for. Expect no honesty here.

Another business in town quoted me 2800 for a new water heater install job. Called Apache and they did it the next day for 900 with a good brand and it works fine.
