Quarter Moon Plumbing came out and replaced a pressure reducing valve that failed. It was a new home and the original pressure reducing valve I had lasted 6 years. I paid a good amount of money to have this part replaced, and at the time I was impressed with the work. These devices should last many years but their newly installed part failed within 6 months. I called them to have them replace the faulty part, and they advised me they only honor their work for 90 days. I would have to pay them again to have the faulty part replaced. I do not recommend this company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I'm grateful that I realized the part failed before it caused any damage to my houses plumbing. I will not pay Quarter Moon again to install another cheap/faulty part that they wont stand behind. I recommend that anyone reading this also look elsewhere so faulty/cheap parts are not installed at your residence/business.

Bigger the job the more money to be made. They did not troubleshoot the problem, only wanted to replace everything in the house. lol. Got a second opinion and had the problem fixed for less that 250. They quoted me 2K. If this has happened to anyone else, leave a comment and document the trend then a investigation can be pursued. Kens5!!

Michael K. came out and found the solution to my problem quickly. The also found a very serious problem with the ancient shut off valve to the water to the house saving me a multitude of future problems. Having to wait for another day for the city to shut off my water, they didn't charge me for the first day. They worked quickly, efficiently and with excellent knowledge. Great customer service and price!!
