We hired NTX to convert our home from all electric to gas. The owner meet with us, explained the process thoroughly, engineered / designed the system specifically for our gas appliances. He was a great communicator, explained the process - forewarned in the regards to the amount of work / sheet rock access points that would need to be opened up to supply the gas to the desired appliances. The owner was professional, honest - we hired NTX to do the job. The owner was on property the day of the job - walked his crew through what needed to be done and the work began. As with any job things may not go exactly as planned - this was unfortunately the case that day. One of the newer members of the team broke thru the ceiling in our master bedroom - he was not hurt - most importantly - although the master bedroom was an insulation filled mess. After confirming the employee was not injured the team lead called the office. Within the hour the owners wife and an additional crew were on property. The owner, all three crew members stopped everything to clean the debris. The owners wife was very reassuring to us that she will have a professional cleaning service the next day, a professional painter to repair and paint the ceiling and she offered to pay for an overnight hotel room if we would like to spend the night at a hotel . The cleaning crew was at our house by 8 am, painter the same - we were able to spend the night in our home that night because she and her team did an excellent job of cleaning, vacuuming, dusting etc.. So if you want a company that is professional in all they do - they stand by heir commitment to making sure the job is done right - who delivers outstanding results - I highly recommend NTX plumbers.

Thank you, Ricky!!! We just bought a new home that had quite a few minor plumbing issues crossed hot & cold lines, not hot water in shower, new garbage disposal, and more. NTX happily came over to provide us a quote before we bought the house. They were available on short notice and did a thorough inspection to provide us a quote to use in negotiations. We decided to use them for the repairs as well and could not be happier. Ricky was here right on time, super friendly and nice to our dog that was being a brat, fixed everything perfectly and as quickly as possible and even stepped in to try to help me get my ring doorbell off the wall when he saw me struggling! The cost was fair and reasonable and exactly what they had originally quoted us even though a few extras were needed. We will most definitely use NTX again for any of our plumbing needs.
