Called them and gave them my info. Had water leak that required the house water to be shut-off. After several hours they did not return my call. Called them again in the morning and let them know I had called the previous day and was still waiting to hear from the plumber. Was told they would call. They never called. These people clearly don't know how to run a business. Find a someone else to do your plumbing work.

I had a pipe burst in my home & some flooding yesterday & called Port Lavaca Plumbing. They sent two of their guys, Joe & Kenneth. Best customer service I've had in years. They were so polite and helpful and did a wonderful job! Job

I Called Port Lavaca Plumbing to make an appt for estimate or just go there and do the job...their choice. I got a call back by a man named Rick about 3 hours later. He said that he had a guy that lived very close to my place and would see if he could come by on his way home and take a look. A week went by and no one came by or called me. I then placed another call to them a week later yes, I'm too nice and told their answering service the circumstances of no one getting back with me and asked that someone please just call me back even if they didn't want to or couldn't do the job, just to let me know; I have a deadline now due to having a waiting contractor to get this plumbing done so he can continue. To say the very least I never even got a call back even the second try. It's cost me over a week so I would not recommend this company at all. Find a better and more reliable company to do your plumbing jobs. With their work ethics they may not have this company for long; I know because I am a small business owner myself and wouldn't be in business long if that is the way I treated my customers.
