He gave me a very expensive bid with little to no detail but I was able to still get him an approval. Then he requested 100 up front. When I told him that we could do 50 upfront and the rest upon receipt of photos and bid for repair he said "we can't help you". He literally just hung up on me. Thanks for nothing Stephen. |
