We were down to one hot water heater and needed a plumber in Plano desperately because of our in laws coming to town this past weekend. I was super impressed as Jordan who was our tech came out within 30 minutes of our call Friday, then he jumped through a dozen hoops it seemed to make it so that he could get our particular water heater delivered to him by the next day, Saturday, and he and his helper installed it Saturday afternoon in time for the hubby's parents arriving that evening. I could hardly be any more impressed with them than I am now. I recommend them for their truly outstanding, above-and-beyond the call of duty service. Next time we need a plumber in Plano, Texas, you can rest assured that we are coming back here! What you see in the picture I've attached is piping hot water in the bathroom that previously would take a good 3.5 minutes to get hot water. Now it takes all of 18 seconds!! Love these guys, thank you very much!

Made their guy James pose for a pic because he was such a great help, so nice, so exceedingly helpful, kind, professional. I would use them again in a heart beat, very prompt convenience of scheduling with multiple calls to confirm times, keep me in the know for the late night appointment and to make sure I knew they were thinking of me and had me down for the time they were coming.

The plumber was exceptionally experienced and told us what should be done to prevent needing him to come out again. The most professional service company I have used. I would always use them in any situation.
