Plumbing services by Andy’s Plumbing Service in Pharr, Texas

The very first time that we hired Andy, he and his dad were great in responding, coming over to check the issue, and correcting it. This last time that we tried hiring him, I called several times and was sent to voicemail. After trying the phone calls, I received a message saying to text him instead. That was fine, being that it was in the evening, I figured there were personal things going on. We communicated fairly well, going on to establish a time and day for them to go check out the leak that we had. I called the day before our set day as we had agreed and was told they would be there the next day at around noon because they needed to finish another job first. My husband and I are teachers and taking days off are not that simple, however I made the effort and took the day, expecting them to be there. The next day, I waited for them to show up and neither Andy nor his dad went. I was very frustrated and tried calling/texting but again got no answer. It wasn't until several hours passed that I finally heard from one of them. Andy's dad was the one saying that they had truck issues, which I am willing to understand, but being that I had wasted my time and did not hear from them knowing that we had an appointment, I was very frustrated. They wanted to reschedule for another day, but being that they were already showing little professionalism, I cancelled the request and went on the search for another plumber. All it would have taken to keep my business was to have the courtesy of calling in a timely manner and explain that they were running late or simply weren't going to be able to make it at all.

Andy does the work himself. He did a great job replacing my water heater. He is honest, reasonably priced, responds quickly, & doesn't charge extra for weekend service. I would definitely recommend & will use him again!
