Cameron and Marcus were very professional from start to finish. Although Cameron had to deliver bad news right before Christmas that our hot water heater had to be replaced, he cut straight through the BS and explained exactly why my hot water heater was no longer serviceable. He clearly explained the length of repair and the expected costs, cutting me a deal on the second hot water heater as we have a two 40 gallon tank system. It's good to know that there are good repair companies out there that are fair, professional, and courteous out there. I highly recommend Epic for any plumbing or hot water repairs you might need.

I had all my rusty old galvanized pipe in the attic replaced with Pex tubing and fittings and some smaller plumbing jobs. Cameron and Albert did a fantastic job with everything. They were very professional, helpful in explaining things when I had questions and work hard and efficiently. They arrived on time, communicated well, and the work is outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful experience. My kitchen faucet broke and in making our own repairs ran into other problems. Called Epic and they came out and repaired everything. Had them give a quote to replace our water heater. They were able to replace it at the same time. Dylan was great at everything. Just a great company to do business with. Will definitely use them again and have already give their name to family & friends.
