| C S | Should have read the reviews. Biff replaced some discharge lines under my lake house which is up on stilts. He did the job but it took forever and there is blue plumbing glue all over the new piping. Needed a new water heater installed and faucets replaced plus some other work the following week, so thought I'd give them another shot. I live in the Woodlands so I took a Friday off work and was going to meet he and his wife at 9:00. Noon rolls by and haven't heard from them. I left 3 or 4 messages then at 4:00 got a message from the wife that Biff had to go to the Dr. and they didn't have their phones with them. Then later in the message she said that they had been trying to call me. Now the pipes he replaced are leaking, but I called another plumber. Use Biff at your own risk! |
