I called All About Plumbing and spoke to Todd, told him my situation and he said he could come out the next day! He said he would give me an hours notice so that I could get home from work! About 30 minutes later, he calls me back to say he had to get out and wanted to know if I wanted him to come right then. He arrived within 20 minutes, quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. He was upfront about the cost, and was true to his word. He gave me pointers for future maintenance and I appreciated that. Todd was down to earth and honest. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, and as a single mom, that is very important to me! He didn't want me to have to leave work, so he sacrificed his personal time on a Sunday night to take care of my issue without charging me any extra!! Great customer service and I will definitely call Todd in the future for any plumbing needs I have!! |
