Just absolutely the worst. Couldn't care less about their work, don't return calls, don't complete the projects. Owner is totally non-responsive, and couldn't care less about it. Not sure why these guys still bother to work.

This company is a joke. They will only make the schedule the day of the appointment. The office manager states if you don't like it call someone else

Our home warranty company picked RL Allen Plumbing to help me with a leaky faucet, so I immediately went to Google maps to read the reviews. It seemed the reviews were very bad, but I remained positive. In fact, I was going to mention to the plumber that his online reviews are terrible, and I hoped to be the guy to make a difference. The plumber showed up on time, the visit went well, and he promised to give me exact costs on installation, faucet costs, out of pocket costs for me, etc. When he left I was excited about getting one faucet repaired and potentially two, but I never received any of this information. He was going to have his boss send me photos of faucets immediately, but none of that happened. Following his visit I was called by the company so they could collect the 75 fee for the visit and I paid it promptly, but I was under the impression that I was going to get my faucet fixed. Unfortunately, that's not what happened, so I've decided to buy two new faucets myself, and find a local plumber via NextDoor who can give me a straight up estimate and get my faucets installed in a timely fashion.
