Johnny did a great job! Had to replace stems at my bathroom tub, and he provided new stems plus he got the parts supplier to throw in new handles to boot! Very knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, and demonstrates attention to detail. Chris, the supervisor, always makes me a great deal on service charges. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Had to have water line faucet to fridge replaced. They did a good job. Expensive? Sure. Plumbing always is but what's the alternative? Left hole in wall behind fridge that they taped up because they don't do wall repairs. Kinda miffed but it's behind fridge so who's going to see it? Tech was friendly, swift, and competent. No complaints there.

Justin called to let us know he was on his way and arrived during the time frame promised by the appointment setter. We have had Justin on prior service calls and he has always gone above and beyond to quickly, professionally, and accurately diagnose and resolve the plumbing issue we were experiencing. He communicates throughout the process including explaining what is needed to be done before beginning any work and providing up front pricing with no surprises.
