| Liz Appelman | Frustrated and cannot recommend them. Buchanan plumbing repaired and replaced a sewer line for me several years back and I paid 300 for the repair. However according to another local well respected plumber and an engineer it had been done incorrectly. The lines leaked at the incorrectly done connection points, the sewer backed up into the house both bathrooms .There was no cement on the PVC connections and the piping was above the ground. I contacted Mike Buchanan to take a look at it, he called me back and said it would be 700 to put it under ground and make the repairs, which according to the other plumber and engineer should have been done correctly in the first place. I have contacted Mike's cell phone for the last 4 weeks, dropped to voicemail called the office today and spoke to Jennifer Buchanan. Still no call back I typically don't go online to complain but I feel he needs to take responsibility or perhaps some type of compromise offer? |
