| Josh Guidroz | Made an appointment, given a 3-5pm arrival. Got called at 3pm that they cant make it and I would have to pay overtime prices for a saturday installation. Owner denied any flexibility for regular pricing Saturday instead told i had to book Monday. Will not give them my business due to not even trying to help make the situation better. EDIT: Asked for a call back from the owner but never recieved one. Called in and found out he has refused to service me indefinitely. Not very professional at all. If the owner is too busy to speak with customers there needs to be some management. |
