Plumbing services by Pither Plumbing in Longview, Texas

We used Pither back in 2013 and they did a great job, so we thought with our new project, we could rely on them again. We started asking for estimates in November 2019, was told by Debra that we were on the schedule for a specific day / time. Several days later I called back and was informed that several tickets had been misplaced and they put me back on the schedule. Still no show. In January, I called...again was scheduled and nobody showed. Nobody even bothered to call me. I called and Debra told me that because they didn't have anyone working in Marshall that particular day, they couldn't make it but that she would put me on a list for when they are in our area but in conversation with a friend, they saw the Pither Plumbing truck at our local Kroger's earlier that day. I have been very patient, just waiting on a spot for when they may be in the area, nothing. I called back this past Monday and explained this situation, put on hold and when Debra came back on phone...it was a certain "We'll be there tomorrow, thank you for being so patient." I called at lunch today 11:06 and to verify once more that they are indeed coming, "yes-we will be there today, sometime after 3:00" - I just called at 4:00 because still nobody has shown up. Get the same old, same old... not able to come today, but we can tomorrow. Crazy thing here is that I had to do all of the calling, they NEVER called me to verify a visit, nor to cancel a visit. This is absolutely disgusting, aggravating and raunchy customer service. I can't imagine what I would have had to go through if I would have ever been "lucky" enough to get on their so called scheduled jobs list. I will never, ever, ever call back and good luck to you if you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company needs to realize that their customers time is just as valuable as theirs, and that typically we have to make special effort to be at home for them to come out, but instead it turns out to be a waiting game!! I honestly hate that I put off one of our local plumbers this afternoon because of these idiots! I'm frustrated, angry, disappointed, tired, and anything else you wanna throw in!

Have used PitherPlumbing twice at my mother-in-law s house. Both times they were fast and efficient and very polite.

Had a plumbing emergency called 6 other plumbers who either didn't answer the phone or wouldn't come out. Call Pither they had someone out the next morning. Highly recommend Pither
