I scheduled the service they didn't show up or communicate with me on the day they said would begin work. When I cancelled they charged me a service fee plus a restock fee for a part they didn't even have yet and told me they had to keep some of my “retainer fee” because they drove around town all day and cancelled several appointments to handle my job which isn't true.
