I had 2,000 worth of work done to replace a 15-ft section of my main sewer line. 2 weeks later the line was clogged again. During the initial/1st visit, day laborers digging the hole removed the section of pipe before allowing inspection by customer or plumber. Plumber claimed roots were blocking the line. At the 2nd visit a camera was placed down the line and root blockage was visible. I claimed that the wrong section of pipe was dug up and removed, and that I should not be financially responsible for that mistake. Instead, i was handed a 3,000 bill for replacing an additional section of pipe. I will now be performing the work on my own, as I have lost any and all trust with this company. They did not take the appropriate steps to resolve a mistake. Performing 2000 worth of plumbing work and then returning 2 weeks later to address the same issue should have caused this company to make major accommodations to correct a mistake. Instead, they used it as an excuse to squeeze even more money from the customer.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! I only used this company as previous reviews have stated because they are contracted through AHS Home Warranty. The guy didn't fix anything while he was there and then wrote up his report and stated that the shower cartridge which is in the wall was a previous existing condition and that could be seen during a normal visual inspection. Can anyone tell me how to see in the wall to see if their shower cartridge is actually working correctly? I would never recommend or even use this company ever as they are denying the repairs to our master shower due to this guys report and not by the actual home inspectors report in which was provided!!!!

I use Mr. Rooter because of our Homeshield. Not the best company, time frames are way off and had them come out before with nothing but upset. However last night Will came out and fixed our hot water heater. He was awesome. From the time he left his last client he called letting me know he was in route, had me send a pic of the problem to be sure he had what he needed to fix it or stop on the way and grab it. Was very informative cleaned everything up and gave advice to keep the problem from happening in the future. If you call ask for Will to come out. Darla in the office is awesome as well. She gets your questions answered, calls you back and seems to try and get you set up and going. Thank you both for your help.
