| Nick Thompson | Drivers are unsafe and management does not follow up. I witnessed one of their drivers cut another driver off. The Daniels Air driver then proceeded to brake check the vehicle that they just cut off. I called, provided the van number, and was told she would check GPS to ID the driver and a manager would call me back as soon as possible. This did not happen. I would ask you to not do business with this company because they hire and retain unsafe drivers, and the management staff does not follow up on reported concerns. If they permit this nonsense in full view of everyone, what do they do when they're at your house and not being watched? |

Todd Bloomer came to my house early the next morning, and not only fixed the problem quickly but installed the new faucet. He was very friendly and helpful, and the total cost was reasonable. I will definitely call Daniels/ABC the next time I need a plumber. |
