They would call me before doing any work so I could choose whether or not to have it done. Because of this assurance I cancelled an appointment with a handyman in case the lack of hot water was something simple. They called after the plumber was leaving saying the tenant needs to let the hot water run longer and made a few adjustments to shower for the ratio of hot to cold water. The charge was 165, which was their minimum charge. This wasn't handled how they explained it to me, and I wish I had just used a handyman instead. |

Guy came in checked out my water heater that I thought he was going to replace, only to tell me batteries that they DONT carry need to be replaced. I called back to ask which batteries I need and of course they DONT KNOW which batteries I need. Total WASTE of TIME and MONEY,I hope they learn how to be more professional in the future for others |
