We were looking on the internet for a clean low mileage used Toyota RAV4 with the V6 engine and found one with all the options we liked listed at The Ferguson Superstore. Trying to buy a vehicle long distance can sometimes be difficult, but not this time. I called the dealership and was connected with Sales Consultant Sean Clemons who did everything possible to make this transaction go smoothly. I was concerned about the undercarriage condition so Sean had the RAV4 put on a lift in the shop and within a half hour he sent me a detailed video to address my concerns. I committed to purchase and made a deposit. When I flew to Tulsa Sean was waiting for me at the airport we went back to the dealership where Sean had the vehicle gassed up, detailed and ready to go. That car was pristine my wife LOVES it. Overall this was a great buying experience with no negatives and no games. A national chain with a decent selection of plumbing supplies. If they don't have it, they can get it. I was a plumbing contractor for decades and having a Ferguson in town is an wonderful advantage for a town the size of Kerrville.
