We have an apartment leak. Confirmed appointment on Monday for Tuesday at 9 AM. Technician didn't arrive until at least 10:15 and gave no updates about why he was late or what time he'd arrive. After arriving and looking for the leak, he then said he didn't have the right equipment and another crew would come. He left. The other crew never came. We had to call back at 2 and only then were then told it would be Friday until another team could come look for the leak. Very disappointing. We should have used another company once realizing the technician was over an hour late.

Curtis preformed many test that were need to determine the leaks in my home. He was very knowledgeable and calming to me during this process. After several hours of test Curtis was able to offer two scenarios for me to choose from to repair the problem. Let's face it. No one wants to deal with leaks in their home. Could not find the leak and did not dive the pool. Called another service, cheaper by the way, found the leak and fixed within thirty-six hours. Refused to refund money even after I showed proof that another company found the leak and fixed it. Was treated poorly, lied too, and never felt like customer service was part of their culture. Many other companies out there that are less expensive and would be great full to have your business.
