Plumbing services by Westpoint Plumbing in Katy, Texas

My review is based on 10 years of experience with this company, not just one interaction. Westpoint Plumbing was first sent to my home by my warranty company, and over the years I have come to trust Reid and his guys to give me an honest assessment and a fair price, and I now call them when something isn't covered under my warranty, for jobs both big and small. There have been a few instances where they forgot about a follow up visit until I called and reminded them, but their courtesy and honesty totally makes up for that, in my opinion, and they show up when they say they will, and are friendly and professional. A few times they've actually demonstrated how I could fix a problem myself the next time it happened. It's always a bummer when something isn't up to code and therefore isn't covered, but they've never failed to be up front about that with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Now they are know as Reid Plumbing. I was charged 120 just for the flange on top of the cost of setting a toilet. Rip off. They also replaced an outdoor sprinkler vacuum valve and installed it backwards. Plumbing is a commodity and there are thousands of plumbers in the Houston area to choose from. Stay away from this one.

Yeah do not use these people. I had a pin hole leak that I patched so I could have water tell a plumber could fix it. My home warranty had them come out to fix the issue. They looked at it and said since I patched it the issue was resolved and refused to fix it.
