| C R M | He came out in a timely manner to see what we needed done. Said he would be back the following Monday. He forgot about us so I had to call and remind him about our job. He installed a sink and a small water heater for us. He run the drain line above ground to connect with a line that was below ground. We're going to have to redo that so it's underground like it should be. He didn't have everything needed for the job and had to run out a couple times to get parts. I'm sure he stayed on the clock for his lack of planning too, so we ended up paying for him being ill prepared to do the job. Imagine our surprise when he gave us a bill of over 1100. Would not use him again. Felt he was way out of line on the price. |

They installed a 3 inch cleanout with cap and attached it with silicone who does that?!. Had city come out and fix what Hotrod done. Took city 15 minutes to dig up and put in new cleanout. I was charged over 500 for poor workmanship and that is being nice. Consumer beware! |
