| Stuart Kalmus | Most unusual experience!? Guess they are as busy as they want to be and really don't care about customer service. I needed to have a gas line run fifty feet and a connection to a pool heater. Called the morning before Thanksgiving and was told someone would call me back. I didn't get a call so I tried again the following Monday, again was told by Eric that someone would call me. Normally I would have shaken my head and moved on to a hopefully more customer centric service provider. Bolin was referred to me by an engineer with Grey Forest Gas,so I gave them a third chance and included my experience with them so far. Eric called me back and told me that he thought we got off on the wrong foot. He then went on to tell me that he had not heard from his field supervisor so he guessed they would have to decline the opportunity to provide any plumbing services for me. Pretty strange? I had hopes for a go to plumber but Bolin was a waste of mt time. I didn't even get to talk to them about replacing a water heater or the other plumbing needs I had. Not a customer friendly experience.They should post on their website "Commercial Plumbing only, residential customers not welcome." |

Everyone at Bolin was great about letting me know when they will arrive and estimated cost. It almost makes me want to have another plumbing emergency!! Five stars for Bolin. |
