It was truly a friendly and effective service that these guys offered. We required their service to install two new toilets and conduct annual cleaning & maintenance of main line drains.Their team were very responsive and very respectful.

I called this company on Saturday January 18th, because there was water leaking from under my sidewalk in my front yard. I was told that the service call fee was 125 but would be applied to any repair work that was needed. I was told that my service window would be between 9am and 11am. By the time 11:30am had come around there was no call / no show, I decided to call them up and ask them their ETA. They said they were running behind, but did not give me an estimate of when they would be arriving. So around 12:45pm a service technician finally showed up at my property. The technician determined that the leak was due to my sprinkler line and turned the water off to my sprinkler system. At 1:15pm after he turned the water off he told my wife that the service he provided would be 325, and that he thought it would be better to come back later to make the repair when the ground was dry. I then called the technician, because that seemed like a very steep price for him to do an assessment, and then turn my water off within 30 minutes with no repair work. I asked him does that 325 include the repair work when he comes back. He said no that would be another 300. That seemed pretty excessive for 30 minutes of work at 650 / hour. Not to mention he did not even make the repair. So, I called the company to talk to a manager on January 22nd to express by discontent, and asked them to come back and make the repair for a nominal price seeing as I had already paid them handsomely for the 30min of work they had already provided. The manager asked me if the technician told me the price before he charged me to which the answer was no he did not tell me the price before turning the water off. I would have told him no I am not going to pay you 325 to turn my sprinkler line off. The manager said he would investigate and call me back in 48 hours. Well here I am 2 weeks later writing a bad review, because I have still not heard back. Unfortunately, I let the three reviews at 5 stars and the name of the company influence me to call this company. In summary, the customer service of this company is horrendous. The service they provided was incomplete, and their prices were definitely not cheap as implied in their name.

I'm really happy that the plumbers are there. Supreme experts who know how to handle difficult situations are now handling my drain cleaning...
