Such a pleasant experience! Mark was really nice and professional. Repaired an issue with the main water line in 3 hours. Very hardworking and polite. Definitely didn't need to worry about a plumber taking advantage of time and parts. I will recommend Black Tie Plumbing to everyone in the future.

Amazing customer service. I recently had foundation work done on my house and Black Tie was the company my foundation co used for any plumbing tests and repairs. They unfortunately located some leaks, but were able to fix them as planned. All of the Black Tie employees I met at my house or spoke to on the phone were amazingly friendly and helpful. One day my power and AC went out while Black Tie was doing work, I wrongfully assumed it was their fault, but when I called the Black Tie office manager Larissa went above and beyond by getting in touch with our electric company after hours and checking in on me periodically to see if the problem had been resolved. The power outage was completely unrelated to their work but they still helped me out and made sure things got addressed. Black Tie is great at customer service and follow up.
