Roto Rooter has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have ever used. We had a drain that gets clogged, which required a rooter. Our plumber, Roy, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even courteous to our home. He made sure to explain everything to us and his service was cost effective, fast, and definitely solved our plumbing needs! We definitely will call them again in the future. They are literally the best plumbing experience we have had! We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

I had a backed up/slow draining kitchen sink and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 02/18. The operator said someone would be out by 6PM. I received a call back saying they were running behind and would be there a little later. A while later they called back and canceled for the following day. So on the 19 they were scheduled for 3PM. Due to unforeseen circumstances at work, I rescheduled for 4PM that same day. They said no problem. At 5:35 PM they finally called me and said they could not make it out until the following day. Due to my work schedule I had to push it back to Friday 02/21... the technician, Roy, arrived a little after 9 am on Friday. He was very polite and helpful, however he quoted me 359 just to run the auger down the drain and have someone come out on a later date with a camera to inspect the pipes. Already frustrated with the sink being clogged for almost a week I reluctantly allowed Roy to do the work. Again Roy was awesome, BUT I was able to find a local company that could have done it for about half the cost! I chose Rotorooter solely because they advertised as being 24/7...which apparently isn't true seeing as this ended up starting Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning. Thankfully my sink now drains and there's a 6 month warranty but I will probably go with a different company next time I have a plumbing issue due to the scheduling issues and price..

Patio faucet had dripped since Christmas. Got tired of the freezing mess and called Roto-Rooter. We rescheduled for the following morning. Chuck called as promised, and arrived when promised. He gave us two estimates - one for replacing just the washer if he was able to get to it after 30 years of use; the second for removal and replacement of the complete faucet. Fifteen minutes later, the washer was installed and the faucet was drip-free. While doing the paperwork, Chuck expertly discussed my request for information concerning tank-less water heaters. He explained what was needed to be done and the costs associated. He suggested that, as a family of two, he suggested that the cost to replace both of our tank-type water heaters would be excessive considering our current water usage and he would not recommend them for us. Honesty, skill and integrity all in one technician!
