Mike Munoz	This has now happened multiple times over the last year. I don't come here this often but when 8 do it is commonly to buy bulk. When the product you need has to be loaded with a forklift and there is either no driver to be found, problem 1 or prioritization of customers is made by a 4 year old. Seems like the managers of this 0lace are former members of Jerry's kids. Save the time and go to Denton or Sherman. Multiple experiences having to wait for 1 pallet to be loaded waiting an hour plus is not worth the time

Jennifer Hughes	Waited in tools for 20 minutes for help. They close at 6 and kept reminding everyone they close at 6....yet nobody came and helped me. Then when I went to check out tried to use the vet discount with the phone number and the cashier Victoria said there that phone number didn't work that she tried 2 different things ...yet it works at every other home depot.....will not go back to the Gainesville location!
