My call at about 1:00 pm on a Monday was answered immediately by a live person no voice mail! and when I explained my problem, the lady responded that she was sure they would be able to help and would have their field manager call me back. I received a call-back within 15 minutes and Dennis told me that they were close to finishing another job and he was sure they could get to me later in the afternoon. He also asked if the water to the leak had been shut off and, if not, he would come by immediately and do that. I had been able to shut off the supply line as soon as the leak was discovered, but deeply appreciated his offer. He sent a very competent plumber, Ricky, to my house at about 3:00 that afternoon and by 4:00 the repair had been made. Superior customer service!! Will highly recommend to anyone.

Really great and honest service. My hot water heater stoped working. It was just 2 years old. The first plumber charged me 55 just to look at it and told me I would have to replace it. AND it took him about 6 hours to even call me back. I talked to some friends who recommended Mr. Gillis. He was able to fix the heating element the same day at a super fair price. Really nice guy. Gill is going to be on my GO TO list for absolutely any plumbing problems I may have. I recommend him. Very fair and honest. Give him a call ;-

Great customer service, I was treated like a VIP from the moment they answered the phone. Owner and Service Manager showed up within 20 minutes to review the issue and provide proposed solutions and a estimated cost. They went above and beyond to get the work scheduled in next day. Their employees are true craftsman and did a very professional job on the repairs. Great quality, price, and response!
