| Mundo Rueda | On 8/5/19, I called at approximately 7:30 a.m. to service a couple of leaking toilets. I explained the problem, as best I could, to the man answering. He told me to take photos of the leaks and to forward them along with my name and address. He did not take the time for pertinent details and as such I called other plumbing company who catered to my needs within one hour. If they are too busy to listen, especially to a senior, they do not need my business! |
