Are used this company back in 2017 for one of my rental properties and had a great experience with them. They were prompt friendly knowledgeable and very efficient. They're pricing was competitive and I was very happy with the service receipt. I had small plumbing issue they handle it for me without any problems. Too much pricy and not trustworthy. I had used them for fixing the toilet on my property. They had told me that, if it gives the problem again, they will come and fix it for FREE. Within few days, the problem occured again. I called the office and told them that it is repeat issue. When plumber came, I told him the same thing that it is a repeat issue, so I shouldn't be charged. Please confirm with your office before you start working. He said, don't worry, you won't get charged. He fixed the problem and left without asking for the payment. And next week, I got an invoice for 227.22. I called the office and to my surprise, lady told me that you were charged because it was a different issue and not the same. I told her that why your men didn't tell me before fixing it and she said, they did tell you. It was an absolute LIE. She was not ready to listen to my side of story. She clearly told me that she will trust her plumber more than me. Basically, she told me liar on my face. Looks like they don't care about customers at all! Never ever will work with them again.
