They arrived on time and resolved the problem within a very short time, less than 15 minutes! Ron explained the cause and location of the problem with a neatly drawn diagram .. and the resolution. Encountered this problem approximately 10 years ago and was told by "another plumbing company " that it was caused by 'tree roots' from a very large tree in my back yard. For a fee of 5K, THEY could fix the problem !!!..... The honest and integrity of Plumber Dude's was more than appreciated. I would highly recommend this company . |
