| Stephanie Standifird | I would give them no stars if I could. My 70 year old grandmother paid this company over 25,000 to do home repairs and make her home handicap accessible. They did not complete the work. The owner Mr. Parker told her to call if there were any problems and now he will not answer or return her calls. I called him on her behalf and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. She has had multiple accidents due to this incomplete work and now Adult protective services think she can not care for herself and are talking about putting her in a home. If this happens she would lose her home, her dogs, everything that is still important after the passing of my grandfather, her husband a year ago. Do not contract this business. They do not care about the people they serve or the work the do. |
